Mrs. Davison was a tremendous support I needed when it came to my college success. As a student that worked with her all throughout high school through the Upward Bound program, a college preparatory program that serves first generation and low-income students, she was knowledgeable about both the high school and college system. She helped me navigate what courses to take my senior year in order to have a manageable workload with the college application process. During the application process she was familiar about student aid and important factors to consider when applying and choosing your college. Throughout my senior year and throughout college, I relied on Mrs. Stephenson-Davison and she was someone that I could count on. Even post college enrollment, she ensured I was doing well through checking in and offering any support needed for my success. Her aid and support gave me the extra encouragement needed and left a lasting impact in my life.
