Temporary Jobs for College Students

As we check in with our college students, we always hear the #1 complaint: "I don't have any money." This is typical for college students, so we have been sharing temporary jobs with our college students. Here are our top two jobs for college students.

1) Tax Associates

Currently, H&R Block is looking to hire and train people to be tax associates. The free training is a few weeks. If you score well on the test, they offer you a job. The pay is minimal, but the skillset lasts forever. To apply, check tax company websites such as H&R Block.

2) Poll Workers

It is election season. High school and college students can take advantage of this opportunity. It is only for a few weeks, but the pay is worth it. You learn about government and civic engagement. To apply, check with your election county or parish office.
